The original members of Take That released the critically-acclaimed reunion album ‘Progress’ in 2010 much to the delight of their loyal fans. Members of the group are currently focusing on their solo careers, but promised to reunite for a brand new album in 2014.
Westlife are an Irish boy band formed in July 1998. Throughout their 14-year career, Westlife sold more than 50 million records worldwide. The group managed to release 14 number one hit singles in the UK alone. In 2010, the group was included in the Guinness Book of World Records and were hailed as the UK’s top-selling album group of the 21st century. Westlife were originally assembled by Simon Cowell and managed by Louis Walsh.
Announcing their plans to disband, the group organized a farewell concert in 2012 and a total of 85,000 tickets was sold within five minutes!
